NJIDE OKONJO-UDOCHI BECOMES FIRST BLACK FEMALE “PHYSICIAN OF THE YEAR” IN THE US

Njide Okonjo-Udochi, sister to Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Director-General, World Trade Organization (WTO), becomes first black female to emerge Physician of the Year 2021 in Maryland, United Sates.

The award was bestowed on Okonjo-Udochi by the Maryland Academy of Family Physicians (MDAFP), which honours a standout member that exemplifies the values and traditions of the family physician.

 

Dr. Njide Okonjo-Udochi founded Millennial Family care in 2003. She was announced Baltimore magazine Top doctor in 2019.
