Saturday 28th, October 2023 at 1.15 PM, as an off-cycle election campaign rally
for Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, APC Governorship Candidate and Salifu Joel Oyibo,
APC Deputy Governorship Candidate, both of Kogi State, Nigeria.
