Given the ravaging effect of the corona virus pandemic across the world the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) have issued appropriate guidelines to help reduce the spread of the virus particularly, within communities. But a cross section of Nigerians as seen in the photos below seem to be very far from the given guidelines:
