Nigerian Politician and former Governor of Ekiti State, Peter Ayodele Fayose has lost his immediate elder sister.

According to his recent post on twitter earlier today, late Mrs Moji Ladeji died today after a brief illness.

It costs about N400,000 to treat each patient of Covid-19, according to Governor El-Rufai of Kaduna State as published on Channelstv.com.

The governor who made the declaration at the executive meeting of the traditional rulers also called on northern traditional rulers not to relent in spearheading the campaigns to avoid the spread of corona-virus pandemic in the region, stressing that the cost of treating Covid-19 patients is very expensive.

Why I dumped PDP for APC – Dogara [Full letter]

Former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, has explained why he left the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Daily Post reports.

In a letter of resignation addressed to the Bogoro ‘C’ Ward Chairman of the PDP, according to the report Dogara cited failure of governance in his home state, Bauchi, under the administration of Governor Bala Mohammed whom he helped install as a governor in 2019.

Dogara said that he cannot successfully ask questions about maladministration without being accused of disloyalty if he were to remain in the PDP.
