Born 10 September 1969 in Hayin Gada Town, a Fulani from Dutsin-Ma Local government area of Katsina State, Nigeria, Dikko Radda is a Nigerian economist and politician. He served as the director-general of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN).
His Excellency was elected governor of Katsina State in the 2023 Nigerian gubernatorial elections.
As part of his notable achievements while in office, Governor Dikko Radda has not only prioritized security but also pioneered community-driven policing with intelligence gathering, building trust between security agencies and local communities thereby significantly, improving security in Katsina State.

Abuja is the capital and eighth most populous city of Nigeria, according to Wikipedia. Situated in the middle of the country within the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), it is a planned city built mainly in the 1980s based on a master plan by International Planning Associates (IPA), a consortium of three American planning and architecture firms made up of Wallace, Roberts, McHarg & Todd (WRMT – a group of architects) as the lead, Archi systems International (a subsidiary of the Howard Hughes Corporation), and Planning Research Corporation. The Central Business District of Abuja was designed by Japanese architect Kenzo Tange. It replaced Lagos, the country's most populous city, as the capital on 12 December 1991.
Abuja's geography is defined by Aso Rock, a 400-metre (1,300 ft) monolith left by water erosion. The Presidential Complex, National Assembly, Supreme Court and much of the city extend to the south of the rock. Zuma Rock, a 792-metre (2,598 ft) monolith, lies just north of the city on the expressway to Kaduna.

This is reporting from the Transcorp Hilton Hotel, here in Abuja, Nigeria's capital from where we are bringing to you the live coverage of the 61st Birthday Colloquium in honour of His Excellency, Distinguished Senator Godswill Obot Akpabio , President of the Nigerian Senate, CON. So much to be said about the man who is loved and admired by many and has distinguished himself across bounds in his career and for the society at large. It was an interesting moment here at the event which lasted about 240 minutes. My name is Soljoe.
The 61st Birthday Colloquium of Senator Godswill Akpabio is a momentous occasion meant to celebrate the life and achievements of a remarkable statesman. Holding here in his honour at the prestigious Transcorp Hilton Hotel, this event has brought together dignitaries, friends, and well-wishers from all walks of life to commemorate a man who has made significant contributions to the development of his community and the nation at large.
The event took place on the 18th of November at Church of the Assumption, located in Asokoro, Abuja, Nigeria's capital.
