According to the former British Prime Minister Tony Blair,  African nations should use antibody tests to find out whether the slower spread and lower mortality rate of the new coronavirus on the continent is due to patchy data or a more resilient population.

 

Buhari Appoints A New Chief of Staff

Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari has appointed a new Chief of Staff, Professor Ibrahim Agboola Gambari.

Ibrahim Agboola Gambari, CFR, a Nigerian academic and diplomat is scheduled to resume work today wednessday. 

His appointment comes few weeks after the demise of Mallam Abba Kyari the former Chief of Staff to the President.

Many have aired there opinion about the recent demolishing of hotel in Rivers State by Governor Wike as a way to containing the spread of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Yul Edochie, a Nigerian Actor recently expressed his appointment in the Governor's action via his twitter handle "Demolishing a hotel bcos of non compliiance to a lockdown order is extreme.
