The most sincere form of praise comes from one’s professional colleagues. My love for surveying is the reason I got my first degree in it.

Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State stated this in his message on Fcaebook at his investiture by the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors.

"From Begema in Bayelsa to Monguno in Borno, surveying gave me the opportunity to traverse this country and learn a lot.Surveying is the hallmark of development and with humility, I accept the recognition as a Honorary Fellow by the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors.

"With all sense of responsibility, I will continue to uphold the ethics, integrity and well-being of the profession.

"I must also congratulate the Senate President, Dr. Ahmad Lawan for his recognition award and investiture as a Honorary Fellow by the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors.

"It is a well deserved honour", the message read.
