Stumbled on this story from Punch Newspapers IG page about Peter Obi replying to a tweet allegedly directed at him.
According to the story Obi tells the man asking him to run for presidency that he does not have money for court case.
The report states further that former
governor of Anambra State, Peter Obi has told a tweep, tweet he doesn't have
money to fund a court case if sued.
The tweep, tweet, #FakeBuhari had
issued an ultimatum to the former vice presidential candidate, to declare for
the presidency by the end of the month or be sued.
He said, "Sir, if at the end of this month and you don't declare interest for presidency in the 2023 election, then be ready for a legal action from me. Leave #AFCON2021 for Orji UZOR Kalu, that's his calling, not yours. Your calling is excellent economic leadership."
Quoting the tweet, Obi responded, "I wish I knew your real name. But the truth is, I don’t have money to spend on a court case o. Give me some time :)."
Well, what’s your take on this?
