The Hisbah's Letter To Cool FM Kano
A few days ago the media reported that HISBAH Police warned a radio station to stop using "Black Friday" for sales promotions in Kano because, according to the letter by the Islamic security outfit to the General Manager of the station, majority of Kano residents were Muslims and considered "Friday" "a Holy Day". But then see how the message plays out on Arise's breakfast programme, "The Morning Show":
