Born 10 September 1969 in Hayin Gada Town, a Fulani from Dutsin-Ma Local government area of Katsina State, Nigeria, Dikko Radda is a Nigerian economist and politician. He served as the director-general of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN).

His Excellency  was elected governor of Katsina State in the 2023 Nigerian gubernatorial elections.

As part of his notable achievements while in office, Governor Dikko Radda has not only prioritized security but also pioneered community-driven policing with intelligence gathering, building trust between security agencies and local communities thereby significantly, improving security in Katsina State.
